Chef Andri has over 25 years of experience creating menus for vibrant establishments, co-opening restaurants and managing kitchen operations for restaurants and hotels in Singapore, Asia and Australia.
He has crafted and developed over 90 recipes, worked with various people in the culinary arts and joined gourmets worldwide including World Gourmet Summit Jakarta, Wine and Dine magazine, local TV channels, and appeared in many other publications and media. Chef Andri's passion for food and cooking led him to explore different cooking methods and cuisine, his latest creations are now presented at Est 1819.
